Your amount due will appear at the bottom of this page. (If at any point you'd like to clear your entries and start over, click on your browser's refresh/reload page option.) Next, click the "Continue to Submit Payment via PayPal" button, which will take you to a PayPal check-out page where you can pay by credit card or a PayPal account. Your membership will become active once your payment has been processed.
