Complete the form below. Choose the appropriate membership option and, if desired, add a donation amount for the EANT Scholarship fund. Your total amount due will appear at the bottom of this page. (If at any point, you wish to clear your entries and start over, click on your browser's refresh/reload page button.) Next, click the “Continue to Submit Payment via PayPal” button, which will take you to a PayPal check-out page where you can pay by credit card or a PayPal account. You membership will become active once your payment has been processed.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
Using this form will set up a membership subscription that offers the convenience of automatic renewals. The following terms apply:
By choosing this auto-renew option, you authorize Enneagram Association in the Narrative Tradition (EANT) to charge your credit card or PayPal account at the beginning of each subsequent membership period at the annual fee applicable at the time of renewal. Your EANT membership will continue until cancelled by you.
At the time of renewal, if your credit card has expired or EANT does not receive payment for any reason, EANT may either cancel or suspend your membership, and continue to submit charges to your payment provider until payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, your membership will be reactivated and for purposes of automatic renewal, your new membership commitment period will begin as of the day payment was received. If payment is not received within a reasonable time, your membership will be cancelled and EANT will cease to attempt to collect payments.
To stop automatic renewal at the end of your membership term, cancel your membership, or update your membership category or payment information, please do so within your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, please contact our EANT Administrator Barb Allgaier for assistance. If you choose to cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current period, and will not be renewed thereafter.
